Are you our new Customer Success Manager?

AutoPi is looking for a Customer Success Manager for our offices in Aalborg to support our continued growth.

About the role

AutoPi is a rapidly growing IoT Telematics Infrastructure provider, firmly located in Nord Jylland, Denmark. We deliver high-quality hardware and software telematics solutions on a business-to-business level to our clients primarily located in the EU and North America. Our growth is tightly connected to the success of our clients, and we are looking for someone to be the internal voice of the client.

By joining AutoPi you will get a front-row seat in a tech company working with hundreds of different clients and delivering thousands of devices worldwide. You will be part of shaping the direction of the company with the feedback of the clients.

What you will do

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for the success of our customers and for helping convert relevant leads into customers. You will help support and grow our existing client base in the EU and North America.

The overall goal of the job is to increase revenue by ensuring successful trial conversions, onboarding new customers, supporting and developing existing customers, and proactively engaging with customers at risk.

You will work proactively work with your own portfolio of customers to retain and develop strategic and commercial relationships, identify upsell opportunities on existing customers and engage with customers to solve problems internally and externally.

You will conduct and join customer meetings, plan and manage the onboarding of users and customers into our platform, and educate and update our customers by conducting support and training.

You will also support the Sales team with account management, including building relationships with key customer contacts and teams.


  • It is a must that you have excellent written and spoken English language skills
  • Experience in running software onboarding- and adoption projects for customers
  • Highly detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Organized and methodical with excellent follow-up to ensure customer expectations and deadlines are met
  • Excellent communication skills and analytical skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • a software technical background is a big plus

You have a natural customer-focused mindset, and you are a true problem solver. You are empathetic, caring, and a dedicated professional, that goes the extra mile to help customers grow their businesses and make them more efficient. You have a passion for software and/or hardware and can leverage this passion to help find and solve problems for our clients. You have an ability to quickly understand complex problems and solutions.

Practical information

The opening is a full-time position onsite at our office in Aalborg. We provide an attractive payment structure matching your qualifications. Speaking Danish is not a requirement, but great English is a must. We have a flexible work structure where there is room for everyone.
