Track each vehicle on an interactive map with color-coded icons - driving, idling, engine off, and offline - overlaid with geofences. Hover for name, VIN, speed, trip distance, and last seen timestamp.
Fleet Total, Driving Now, Driven Today, and Driven Last 30 Days widgets give an instant status summary, each linking directly to filtered vehicle lists for immediate follow-up and deeper analysis.
All vehicle context in one view
Access general attributes, real-time widgets, trip history, and alerts from a single dashboard. Widgets show assigned fleet, open alerts, active geofences, locations, and time & distance metrics for each vehicle.
Configure dashboards with maps or graphs filtered by date. Visualize position, speed, RPM, and custom signals. Define widgets manually or use Auto Generate to build layouts from existing telemetry data.
Automatic detection and export
Trips are detected automatically from engine on/off events, or via custom triggers - EV power state, ignition, or CAN signals. Each trip shows mapped route, start/end addresses, distance, duration, and speed variation.
Categorize as personal or business, filter by date and distance, and export as CSV or Excel. Schedule automatic exports via email or webhook after trip completion - no manual steps needed.
Zone-based entry and exit alerts
Draw polygon areas or circular radii on the map with names and colors. Assign geofences to vehicles or groups and configure email or webhook notifications for enter and exit events with per-zone enable/disable control.
Monitor live geofence activity - event logs, timestamps, and a map overlay showing each vehicle's inside/outside status. Integrate via the /geofences/ API for automated workflows.
Segment your fleet for focused management
Organize vehicles by business unit, region, or project. Add or remove members in bulk, rename, and enable or disable groups. Filter the interactive map and vehicle list by segment for focused operational views.
Combine groups with geofence rules, trip exports, and notifications for targeted workflows. Integrate via the /groups/ API to keep AutoPi Cloud aligned with ERP or internal fleet tools.
Offices, depots, and operational sites
Define named locations - offices, depots, job sites - with contact metadata and geofence boundaries. View all on an interactive world map or list, and see live vehicle counts per site with direct drill-through links.
Assign vehicles and groups to locations for role-based user visibility - team members only see vehicles linked to their area. Integrate via the /locations/ API for reporting and BI exports.
Fleet performance and driver behavior
Generate detailed reports on fleet utilization, idle time, route efficiency, and geofence activity. Export as PDF for stakeholder sharing or archival. Schedule Geofence Summary Reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis under the Schedules tab.
Within reports, track entries and exits, detect unauthorized stops, quantify time spent per zone, and review full event logs for compliance, audit, and operational review.

Define Vehicle States - Active, Maintenance, Retired - and connect each to Notification Channels so state changes automatically trigger email, SMS, Discord webhook, or Cloud Alerts to the right stakeholders.
Track state durations and transitions from the Vehicle List, filter to highlight units needing intervention, and automate maintenance scheduling based on state rules - ensuring full transparency and compliance throughout each vehicle's life-cycle.

AutoPi Cloud manages supported devices through a web interface. Vehicle data availability depends on hardware variant, vehicle model and year, ECU access, wiring and configuration. An OBD-II connector alone does not guarantee access to the required signals; validate on a representative vehicle.
