Categorize trips with labels such as personal or business, apply advanced filters (distance thresholds, duration ranges), and export selected journeys in Excel or CSV format for compliance, billing, or operational analysis.

Automate your data flow using Automatic Exports: schedule an export task to trigger after the trip_end event (default 10 min delay), then deliver results via email or JSON webhook, ensuring every completed trip is captured without manual intervention.
Integrate via our API tasks/ endpoints to list export jobs, download result files with tasks/{id}/result/, and clear archives using tasks/{id}/clear_result/, providing a seamless pipeline from trip completion to downstream systems.

Control exports on demand by POSTing to tasks/ with the core task core.tasks.es_trip_export and your trip_id, then fetch or rerun past exports to satisfy ad-hoc reporting, compliance checks, or data retention policies.

Geofences

Create new geofences by drawing polygon shapes or defining a circular radius on the map, then assign each fence a custom name and color for quick visual reference.

Manage all geofences in the Fleet Geofences tab: edit boundaries, toggle fences on or off, and review summary metrics like total entries and exits per zone.

Assign geofences to specific vehicles or vehicle groups to focus monitoring and ensure alerts only fire for relevant assets.
Configure notification channels—email alerts or JSON webhook callbacks—for enter and exit events, keeping your team informed in real time.

Visualize all your locations on an interactive world map alongside a list view for quick filtering and navigation—hover over any marker to see summary details and click to dive into assigned assets.

Create new locations in seconds: click “Create,” enter mandatory fields (name and contact email), then use the geofence tools to draw a circle or polygon boundary and choose a color for clear map distinction.

Assign vehicles or entire groups directly to each location via the edit popup—search by name, VIN, or group, enable multiple assets at once, and save to instantly update the Vehicles column with counts and quick links.

Control user access by assigning team members to specific locations so they see only the vehicles and operations relevant to their area, enforcing access restrictions and simplifying workflows.
